Fantastic office . New to area when I called the ladies were so so kind and welcoming . I had my first visit yesterday 10/29/2024 . When I arrived to the office I was greeted by the two front office people . They were so kind and welcoming . As I sat there I watched everyone who walked in and walked out was treated so kind with the upmost respect .Also the Doctor himself came out to get me , he stated " he likes to do this to first time patients to build a relationship with us "! How awesome is this ! He was so great with me and helped me with my situation and before I left he let me know he would be in touch with me over my cell to check on me in a day or two to see if my issue has gotten better. I left the office with a smile on my face . This office is hand down a 10/10 . I feel very blessed to be a part of this office .I look forward to seeing them in the future . Hats off to everyone in this office ! Thank you

Carrie pleasantly scheduled me as a new patient with Dr. Palumbo, because my prior dentist was out of network with my recent dental insurance policy that consequently provided minimal contribution. I canceled my prior plan, and instead subscribed to East Lyme Family Dentistry's own annual discount plan. For a reasonable annual fee, it fully and immediately covers 2 exams with cleanings and any X-rays, and also provides an immediate 20% discount on any additional needed work such as fillings or crowns. Dr. Palumbo and Brianna immediately took care of a filling with an unusually genial, gentle, and pleasantly unhurried manner. Their calmly relaxed and careful way made me also feel more relaxed throughout it.
